Yoga

I offer private/semi-private and corporate group classes in your home or office.  I also offer remote Skype or Facetime sessions for 1 or 2 people at a time.  

Whether you are looking for a detailed, alignment based session, a blissful meditative session or a challenging advanced flow, I am happy to provide my guidance and expertise.  I also offer chair yoga or mat/chair combinations.  Book solo or with a friend or group!

 

Kids

If it isn’t fun, it isn’t yoga! My yoga-play sessions incorporate asana, dancing, imagination, story-telling and even a little bit of Sanskrit! Using a dynamic physical and mental warmup and ending with a quiet savasana, this yoga-play session is sure to end in relaxation, enthusiasm and a few new friends.  Appropriate for kids ages 5+, kids sessions are 45 minutes long and can be booked as a single kids party or a package of 5 or 10.

 

Personal Training

Train in the comfort of your home or gym, or let's meet outside!  As your trainer I will discuss your goals with you and design a program that fits your lifestyle.  If you're looking to tone long lean muscles, or get shredded, I'm happy to work by your side to help you achieve your goals.  

 
 
 

Weightloss

A former yo-yo dieter, I know what it feels like to fall off the healthy wagon.  Sadly, this type of lifestyle gets more and more difficult with age.  It can also put strain on your internal organs and puts your body at risk for many life threatening diseases.  I can help.  I am a certified Weightloss Coach though Transitions Lifestyle System and have coached dozens of people through a lifestyle change.  TLS is a 12 week program that educates and retrains your thinking when it comes to food.  Through low glycemic eating, journaling, exercise and supplementation, your sustained success through TLS is non negotiable.
